Do I need Aspen One to use Aspen?
No. The app is free and complete. If you already pay for ChatGPT, Claude, or Grok, sign in with that and Aspen uses it. Aspen One is for people who want one subscription that covers everything.
What does the included Aspen model cover?
Everyday work: email, scheduling, research, documents, forms, and voice. Aspen One comes with a weekly allowance sized for everyday use. It resets every Monday.
What happens if I reach the weekly allowance?
Nothing breaks and you are never billed extra. Aspen keeps working with any AI plan or key you have connected, or you can wait for the Monday reset.
Do you charge extra for the AI I bring?
No. When you use your own plan or keys, you pay that provider directly and we add nothing on top.
What leaves my computer on Aspen One?
Your files, logins, and history stay on your computer. When you use the included model or search, that request is sent through our service to be answered. We keep usage counts to run the allowance, not an archive of what you said.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, from the billing page. The free app keeps working after that, with the AI plan or keys you connect.
